1. Introduction

By becoming a partner in the OnePlace Partners Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Protection and Rights of OnePlace

All rights, titles, and interests in and to OnePlace, including associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of OnePlace.

 

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of OnePlace’s property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Modifications to Terms

OnePlace reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

Partners will be notified of significant changes and are advised to review the Terms periodically. Continuing with the partnership after any revisions implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Partnership Duration and Review

The partnership period is one year from the date the childcare provider or school officially becomes a partner.

 

At the end of each partnership year, the collaboration will be subjected to a review. Both OnePlace and the partner will mutually decide on the continuation of the partnership.

5. Becoming a Partner

Childcare providers and schools can become partners with OnePlace by completing the designated partnership form.

 

Completion and submission of the form denote acceptance of these Terms and the establishment of the partnership.

 

OnePlace reserves the right to accept or reject any childcare provider or school from joining the partners program at its sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may or may not be disclosed.

 

 

6. Termination of Partnership

 

OnePlace reserves the right to terminate the partnership with any entity at any time, at its sole discretion.

 

Upon termination, all referral codes distributed to the partner will be deactivated immediately. Partners are required to cease all promotion and distribution of these codes.

7. Liabilities and Warranties

OnePlace makes no warranties regarding the extent of success, increased loyalty, or satisfaction that the partner might achieve due to the partnership.

 

OnePlace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from the partnership or the use of our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, USA for US partners, and Ireland for Irish partners, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

Any disputes arising from or relating to the partners program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New York, USA for US partners, and Ireland for Irish partners.
